Don't See a Tracking Number?

Some of our orders — including local pickup, farm-direct deliveries, and certain handpacked shipments — are fulfilled without a carrier tracking number. This is completely normal and means your order is on its way through one of our off-carrier fulfillment routes.

If your order shows Fulfilled in your account but has no tracking link, here's what to do:

  • Local pickup orders: We'll contact you directly with pickup details.
  • Farm-direct or local delivery: Expect delivery within the window confirmed in your order confirmation email.
